Party pricing is based on the number of children participating in the gym. When reserving your party, simply give us an estimate of how many kids may attend so we can plan. You will only be charged for the actual number of children who attend.

Birthday Party FAQs

To reserve your party, simply call us at 574-256-0502 to choose your date and place your deposit. A $50 deposit is required to hold your party date, and it will be applied to your final balance.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if the party is cancelled. -
Birthday parties are typically held on weekends, although other days may be available if the gym and a host are available.

Parties are scheduled in two-hour time slots, although Bronze package parties may finish sooner.
Because parties book far in advance, we recommend reserving your date early. -
Party pricing is based on the number of children participating in the gym.
When reserving your party, we simply ask for an estimate so we can plan. At the end of the party, we will settle the balance based on the actual number of children who attended. -
For Bronze and Silver packages, families should bring:
Food and refreshments
Plates, napkins, and utensils
Disposable tablecloths
Decorations, balloons, or party favors (optional)
Gold packages include refreshments, silverware, and table coverings.
All children attending also receive ribbons and free gymnastics class coupons. -
Yes. All participants entering the gym floor (including adults) must complete a waiver.
Waivers can be completed on the laptops inside the front entrance when you arrive. If needed ahead of time, they may also be completed online. -
At the end of the party, the remaining balance is due based on the number of children who participated in the gym.
We accept cash or check only for the final payment. -
Our staff leads the activities in the gym and helps manage the party schedule so everything runs smoothly.
